Yes. The Spyder Platform full-matrix display meets all MUTCD requirements for portable changeable message signs. Compliance documentation is shipped with every platform and is available electronically upon request.
Yes. Delivered platforms require unloading equipment when shipped by freight carrier. Customers picking up directly can load on-site with assistance from INEX. Once on the ground, the Spyder Legs only need to be returned to their operating position before deployment.
Lead times vary by order size and configuration. INEX will provide an accurate timeline with each quote so you can plan around project schedules.
Shipping can be arranged by INEX or coordinated by the customer. For transport, the Spyder Legs ship inverted, so a short adjustment is needed before deployment. Customers within driving range may also pick up equipment directly.
After purchase, INEX schedules a support call to walk through deployment, configuration, and any project-specific questions. Each platform ships with its documentation pack, and all materials are also provided electronically for your records.
The Spyder Platform includes a 2-year chassis warranty and a 1-year electronics warranty. Warranty information is included in the documentation pack shipped with each platform and is also provided electronically for reference.
